About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Life Cycle Support Specialist to join our Through Life Support (TLS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering product and support solutions throughout the capability life cycle of Defence equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in design and delivery of support solutions across Defence domains.
  • Analyse, assess, design, and deliver TLS strategies in support of capability design and concepts.
  • Deliver TLS throughout the CADMID cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support management processes.
  • Develop innovative approaches to Integrated Support utilising data and data analytics to maximise the value chain.
  • Analyse and offer support interventions to sustain and improve support to system performance.
  • Deliver to Squarcle standards and meet client expectations demonstrating ability managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships and trust through acting with integrity.
  • Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time, in scope, and meet Squarcle's highest standard for deliverables.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Defence capability and acquisition (CADMID).
  • Experience in designing and setting Support requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in IPS/ILS management and supportability engineering.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the Support Solution Envelope (SSE), the associated Support Solution Development Tool (SSDT) and how this is applied across MOD procurement projects.
  • Working knowledge of P3M and SAM.
  • Security clearance to a minimum of Security Cleared.
