About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Cycle Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance to help them find their dream bike. Your extensive knowledge of motorcycles and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, driving sales and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • To work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on motorcycle selection and purchasing
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and product knowledge
  • To participate in regular product training and development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced retail or automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge, with a passion for motorcycles and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Ambitious and driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets
