Prime Life Limited are seeking dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Care Assistant, working on a full or part-time basis
This role will be based at our specialist care home in Bristol, providing support to residents living with a range of physical, age-related, and mental health conditions
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with their personal needs- Supporting residents with meals and maintaining good nutrition and hydration- Encouraging residents to stay mobile and safe with the help of mobility aids and equipment
