We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional to join our client's team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and person-centred care to adults with complex mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medication and monitor its effects
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

- Advocate for the needs and rights of individuals with mental health conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements:
- Valid registration with the UK NMC as an RMN/RNLD
- Proven experience in mental health nursing

- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety
