Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a highly respected private secure hospital in York. As a qualified nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients while supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote patient well-being
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care
