Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Tees Grange Care Home in Stockton-on-Tees.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify the needs of patients, developing and implementing care plans to meet those needs.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a care home setting, preferably with a mental health focus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights.
