Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a highly respected private secure hospital in York. As a qualified RMN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN) and valid NMC registration
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
