About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and caring Patient Care Associate to join our supportive team at Urban Village Medical Practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff to achieve outstanding health outcomes.

Main Duties:
  • Assist medical personnel with the care of patients, including treatment, preventative care, screening, and patient education.
  • Provide lifestyle advice to patients making any necessary referrals within the practice.
  • Participate in administrative and professional responsibilities of the practice team, ensuring accurate and legible notes of all consultations and treatments are recorded in patient files.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Able to work in an inclusive and non-discriminatory way.
  • Willing to learn new skills and undertake training to support role and personal development.

Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
