We are currently recruiting for a Patient Care Associate to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our nursing teams.

Your responsibilities will include supporting patients with their personal care needs, such as mobilising, toileting, bathing, dressing, eating and drinking. You will also assist with recording patient observations and changes to patient clinical conditions.

We offer a comprehensive development programme for nursing assistants, which includes completion of the Care Certificate. This will give you the opportunity to progress into a Band 3 Nursing Assistant role, with a competitive salary of £23,615 to £25,674 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge as a healthcare professional. Experience of working within a healthcare environment and good communication skills are also essential.
