We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Associate to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Clinical Care Associate, you will work closely with our nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assisting patients with personal care needs, including mobilising, toileting, bathing, dressing, eating & drinking.

You will also assist with recording patient observations & changes to patient conditions under the supervision of Registered Nurses. We offer on-the-job training and assessment to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Our Support Worker Development Programme for Nursing Assistants is designed to support new staff members in developing their knowledge and skills. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Band 3 Nursing Assistant role.

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. However, please note that salaries may vary based on individual circumstances.
