Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference and Events Assistant to join our team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and banquets, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and banquets, including setup, logistics, and execution
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement event concepts and themes
  • Manage event budgets and ensure that expenses are within budget
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
  • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard of quality and professionalism
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, event planning, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of event planning software and technology
