JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Manchester City Centre
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including evenings and weekends
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience
We are currently is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join our talented team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. We are looking for individuals with a passion for spa and wellness, ready to deliver exceptional service and enhance experience for our esteemed members and guests.
The hotel also includes King Street Tavern (bar, restaurant and wine cellars), afternoon tea rooms, conferencing & event space, gym and treatment rooms, which are available to hotel guests. King Street Townhouse boasts some amazing features, such as its rooftop infinity spa pool, with views of the spires and clock tower of Manchester’s iconic town hall. The hotel prides itself in its reputation for special events and occasions. As such we are very popular for christenings, wedding parties, anniversaries and birthday celebrations. In addition to this we also have regular corporate banquets and events.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests at reception to deliver a memorable experienceSupport the Spa Manager in delivering customer standards and constantly strive to exceed expectationsMaintain a professional, clean environment ensuring that our guests/members are comfortableFully understand existing treatments and procedures to effectively deliver a world class serviceEnsure that all treatment rooms are prepared and fit for purposeAttend weekly/monthly team meetings and eventsDeliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations to all clienteleHigh standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all timesDelivering brand standardsBooking in clients and taking phone callsAchieving treatment and retail targetsBENEFITS:

Specific experience within a spa/health club environmentQualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalentExperience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essentialImpeccable attention to detail and customer service experienceProven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge in our brands NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalentPrevious Beauty therapy experience in a 5star/luxury background Natural leadership qualitiesABOUT THG EXPERIENCE
