Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our MEP design team on exciting data centre projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the design management procedure is followed and implemented on projects, including the production and maintenance of design documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in design management. They will also have experience with CDE, BIM, and planning software, as well as training and experience with sustainability accreditation and H&S.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will also have experience of site/delivery, commercial, and contract procedures, and be familiar with building regulations, BCAR, planning permission, and PSDP procedures.
