MEP Design Manager

At Sisk Group, we are seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible efficiency and quality in our data centre projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design management procedures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality design documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide input into the selection of the design team, including the production of design team appointments and scope of work.
  • Ensure the design recognizes all aspects of health & safety, sustainability, and quality related matters.
  • Work with the site team to consider alternative design solutions, including modular construction.

Requirements:
  • Degree Level 6 in architecture, engineering, building services or related field + minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Desirable experience in CDE, BIM and any planning software.
  • Desirable training and experience with sustainability accreditation and H&S.
  • Experience of site/delivery, commercial and contract procedures.
  • Understanding of building regulations/BCAR, planning permission and PSDP procedures.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
