We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Muller Dairy's Droitwich Depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily driver briefings and debriefings to ensure efficient transportation operations.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities through Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Promote and embed the Muller safety culture by utilizing STAR cards and conducting safety sweeps.
  • Manage site assets, including GKNs, trolleys, and hand-held equipment.
  • Drive Operational Excellence by identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage fuel usage and vehicle servicing coordination.
  • Oversee trailer checks, temperature monitoring, and regular audits.
  • Coordinate cross-dock management and AS400 housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
