Customer Service and Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Sales Development Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the best experience for our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a dedicated customer service and sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure high standards.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure timely, professional, and effective customer support, resolving client issues and inquiries to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Development: Identify and generate new leads while nurturing existing client relationships to increase sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products/services, maximizing revenue from the current client base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and report on team achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to optimize customer care and streamline sales development efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and using sales/customer data to make informed decisions.
