Your role at Deel

Guide new and transitioning clients through the migration process to Deel's HRIS platform, ensuring a seamless and effective implementation. Serve as a consultant for client stakeholders, offering recommendations for best practices during the implementation phase. Develop expertise in the Deel HRIS platform to provide informed guidance on its features and functionalities, including interactions with other Deel products. Execute data imports to transition client data from their previous HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring precision and data integrity. Protect sensitive employee information during the migration process, adhering to relevant data protection regulations. Plan, validate, and meticulously test data transfers to avoid errors and minimize disruptions. Collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to ensure an optimal HRIS onboarding experience. Contribute to the enhancement of internal HRIS migration processes, including proposing improvements to standard operating procedures and identifying opportunities for product automation.

Key qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in HRIS Data Migration and a minimum of 1 year in HRIS Implementation, Customer Success, or a similar role supporting an HRIS product. Extensive background in HR Data Migration. Proficient in analyzing large datasets to ensure client data accuracy at all times. Proactive and detail-oriented, with project management skills and the ability to foresee next steps. High attention to detail, capable of designing organized and effective system migration plans and schedules for clients. Experience in consulting on or executing change management within an enterprise organization. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Proficient in HRIS systems and related software tools. Passionate about educating and empowering both customers and colleagues. Committed to customer service with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships. Enjoy collaborating with a diverse team in a dynamic environment. Adaptable, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging setting. Capable of clearly communicating complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members.

Bonus qualifications

Experience in Payroll. Experience managing clients and team members across multiple countries and time zones. Experience working in a remote team environment. Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up. Previous experience in the Fintech or HRtech industry.
