Support Assistant SEN Specialist

The role of a Support Assistant SEN Specialist at Transport for Greater Manchester involves providing exceptional support to students in the catering and hospitality kitchen, focusing on developing transferable employability and life skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene, working closely with the Catering and Hospitality Lead Teacher to ensure effective teaching and learning.
In this dynamic role, you will also ensure that resource requirements of the department are met, while collaborating with the whole school community, including pupils, parents, governors, and staff. This position requires a deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, younger learners, and vulnerable adults, as well as an understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
