About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our multi-disciplinary team as a Community Mental Health Nurse. The successful candidate will have experience of working with older adults and caring for individuals with Enduring Mental Health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care coordinating a designated caseload, working within CPA Policy and associated countywide risk procedures.
  • Travelling independently and using IT skills to support patient care.
  • Working knowledge of legislation regarding safeguarding vulnerable adults, the MHA and MCA.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in mental health, with a focus on working with older adults.
  • Qualifications in nursing or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in community mental health and later life interventions.
