Job Overview:

Ongo Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Opportunity Identification Manager to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating all new business opportunities and producing and submitting all tenders and quotations. Working closely with the General Manager and Contract Managers, you will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering business growth and expansion.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Opportunity Identification Manager to join our team. As an Estimator, you will have a strong background in estimating and a proven track record of delivering business growth. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Produce and submit tenders and quotations
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Contract Managers to deliver business growth

Requirements:

To succeed as our Opportunity Identification Manager, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong analytical mind and the ability to work under pressure. In addition, you will have a good understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of delivering business growth.
