We are seeking an experienced Exam Delivery Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the education sector and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,150 per annum, offering a competitive package for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As an Exam Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible for processing exam session applications, creating admission letters, and assisting with the day-to-day management of our D365 system. You will also be required to answer queries from students, firms, and external suppliers, as well as provide on-the-day exam support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing exam session applications and creating admission letters.
  • Completing the annual withdrawal GDPR exercise per session.
  • Assisting with processing exam credits and refunds.
  • Liaising with and supporting the team in the day-to-day management of the D365 system.
  • Answering or escalating queries as appropriate to and from students, firms, external suppliers, and other internal teams.
  • Providing on-the-day exam support.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, and a high level of attention to detail. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and integrity, willing to learn new systems and processes, and desire to work as part of a team.
