Garden Management Specialist

We are seeking a Garden Management Specialist to join our team at phs Greenleaf. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our gardens. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
In this role, you will work closely with our site teams, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also conduct site surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high-quality standards. A key aspect of this role is the training and development of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£30,000 per annum, reflecting the level of experience and qualifications required. Benefits include 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, a holiday buy and sell scheme, and access to ILM certified courses.
