**NHS Job Opportunity: Clinical Haematology Specialist

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced clinical haematology specialist to join our team. As a consultant-level professional, you will provide expert support to the development of our clinical haematology service and implement best practice in haematology.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a highly motivated team providing outpatient, day care, and inpatient services to BCSH level 2a. You will be responsible for managing three outpatient clinics per week, including those at the Macmillan Cancer Care Unit, and providing specialist input into the care of inpatients at Leighton Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices in haematology
  • Manage outpatient clinics, including Macmillan Cancer Care Unit patients
  • Provide specialist input into inpatient care at Leighton Hospital
  • Liaise with local General Practitioners for haematological advice

The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum.
