Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Consultant to join our team at the Neonatal Unit, Aberdeen Maternity Hospital, NHS Grampian.

About the Role: As a Consultant in Neonatal Medicine, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborns and their families. You will work closely with our team of Consultants, Specialty Doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert care to newborns and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines
  • Participate in teaching and training activities to support the development of junior staff

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry on the GMC Specialist Register from date of interview. Alternatively, applicants should possess a CESR / CESR (CP). Full registration with a licence to practise with the GMC is required.
