The Role of the Supported Living Manager

This leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supported living service. As a Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Your Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Managing resources, budgets, and service delivery to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Fostering positive relationships with residents, promoting their independence, well-being, and personal growth.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and best practices in health and social care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a team leader, deputy or service manager position for community care or supported living services.
  • Proven track record of supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • A minimum of level 3 in health and social care with a commitment to securing level 5.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for improving lives and creating a supportive environment.
