Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional individual to join our leadership team as a Senior Animal Care Director. You will be responsible for managing the clinical operations of our two-site small animal practice in Bournemouth and Poole. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent patient care, while also driving business growth and development.

About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for animal care and a proven track record of leadership. As a Senior Animal Care Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the clinical operations of our two-site practice
- Leading a team of experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring excellent client satisfaction
We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
