About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Home Operations Director to lead our Queensmount Care Home in Bournemouth. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining our Outstanding CQC rating and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to provide person-centred care, promoting dignity and independence among our residents. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain our Outstanding CQC rating
  • Manage all aspects of the home, including finance, HR, and facilities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in care home management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • A proven track record of improving care quality and patient outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex situations
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and promoting dignity and independence among residents
