Strategic Facilities and Stores Manager

ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited, a well-funded manufacturing start-up in healthcare technology, is seeking a Strategic Facilities and Stores Manager.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of their manufacturing and testing facilities, harmoniously integrating with the research and development unit.
You will be responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance and repair of building systems, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, coordinating with contractors, managing budgets, and implementing security protocols.
Additionally, you will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, maintain accurate inventory records, optimise storage space, and ensure timely availability of supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Proven experience in site, stores, or facility management, with a basic understanding of mechanical systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of issues and driving towards solutions.
- Fast thinker, able to conceive and implement practical solutions to problems.
- Competency with IT systems, preferably with experience in ERP/MRP systems.
