Duty Health Services Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Health Services Lead to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Duty Health Services Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacies and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
- Annual bonus up to 25% of annual salary.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- 26 weeks maternity leave at full pay.
- 4 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
