About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager at Zip Water, you will be responsible for leading our S&OP process, providing critical insights to our leadership team, and supporting the business to achieve excellent results. You will manage the demand planning tool to maximize inventory availability, stock turn, and inventory position. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, setting and monitoring KPIs and managing the forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on demand and lead times by updating and reviewing product supply plans.

Set and maintain the KPIs within the demand planning team, including stock availability, customer OTIF, stock turn, and inventory positions.

Maintain master data planning information, such as product and supplier details.

Ensure and promote compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures.

Manage, motivate, and assess performance of the demand planning team.
