We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Zip Water. As a key member of the Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective demand planning and optimization.

Your primary focus will be on leading the S&OP process, providing critical insights to the leadership team, and overseeing the demand planning team. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive demand planning strategy that aligns with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain accurate product supply plans to meet changing market demands.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and adherence to Company and Procurement policies and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the demand planning team to achieve exceptional results.

In addition to a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Company Sick Pay after a qualifying period, and a market-leading company pension.
