About the SchoolOur school provides a supportive and inclusive environment for students aged 6-11 years old, with a focus on developing their cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development, and spiritual well-being. Our expert teachers and support staff work tirelessly to ensure every student receives the individualised attention they need to thrive.
We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care and education to our students. The ideal candidate will have a GCSE Maths and English qualification minimum Level 3 / Grade C or equivalent, and may hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. Experience working in a special school environment would be an asset, as would Team TEACH Training.
Key Responsibilities- To establish a positive and trusting relationship with pupils, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
- To work closely with the Class Teacher to develop and implement individualised plans to meet student needs.
- To contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
