Sales Team Development Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Sales Team Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in transforming our sales team's capabilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement within the sales team.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to both new hires and existing staff.
- Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
