As an Autism Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support, enabling development, and inclusion in everyday life within their home and wider community. You will support service users with various activities, including swimming, shopping, and visiting zoos.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Supporting service users in participating in activities and achieving their goals

**Requirements:

  • Experience working in care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and shift patterns

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
