About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching and Support Professional to join our outstanding Ofsted-rated school in Newcastle. The successful candidate will support students with various special needs, working closely with the teaching team to provide a high-quality educational experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with a range of special needs on a 5-day week basis, Monday – Friday
  • Flexible hours available to accommodate individual needs
  • Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment, fostering creativity and innovation in students
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for student support
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer enhanced DBS check and online safeguarding training.

Qualifications and Training Required

A strong interest in education and relevant qualifications or training are required for this position. We also encourage continuous professional development to ensure our team remains at the forefront of SEN best practices.
