The Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their academic and personal development
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing one-to-one support and small group instruction
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of individual students
Requirements:
  • GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Math
  • Experience working with children or young adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
  • Adaptable and willing to work in a variety of classroom roles
