Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Manager

Deliveroo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational Accounts Payable processes for all countries we operate in. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the AP team to ensure all daily, weekly & monthly tasks are communicated and actioned effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the AP team to ensure all daily, weekly & monthly tasks are communicated and actioned effectively.
  • Continual review of AP ledger to ensure accounts are up to date and ensuring any issues are raised with the vendor and relevant managers.
  • Overseeing and assisting with complex vendor, payment and invoice queries and working closely with the business stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Developing team members to meet individual and team KPI's. Assist with team members personal development.
  • Assist with Month End activities to ensure an efficient close.
  • Assist with special projects and liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to management, including KPI metric analysis and project updates.
  • Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Continuously challenge the way we work and actively identify areas of improvement.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the AP process, having held a Senior AP clerk position previously.
  • Experience within a high volume AP function.
  • Strong system experience and prior knowledge of accounting packages and P2P.
  • Excel skills - Intermediate level.
