Job Description: Leadership Programme Director

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Programme Director to join our team at Lorien. This is a 6-month contract role, and we require someone with leadership experience in retail banking products and mergers and acquisitions or divestment programmes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple teams, and possess strong analytical skills. They must also be able to identify and mitigate risks, develop effective risk management strategies, and drive business growth.

The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on location.
