We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute our digital strategy, focusing on maximizing conversions across key channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels, including web, SEO, PPC, social media, video, and email marketing.
  • Position the company as a leading provider of digital marketing services across all customer segments and digital platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels.
  • Improve website user experience, boost traffic, and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Oversee social media platforms and work on growing the follower base.
  • Create engaging social media content to increase audience interaction.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns within budget.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, continually seeking ways to improve results.
  • Apply best practices and explore new digital channels and strategies to expand the target audience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar role with 5+ years of experience.
  • Qualification in Digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CMS, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • B2B experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with or experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and outstanding copywriting abilities.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
