The Company


A leading B2B consultancy in Surrey is looking for an Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.


They are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our digital strategy, focusing on maximizing conversions across key channels, including web, SEO, SEM, email, social media, video, and PR.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute the digital marketing strategy across various channels, including web, SEO, PPC, social media, video, podcasts, and email marketing.
  • Position IBA as the leading provider of aviation data, intelligence, and advisory services across all customer segments and digital platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels.
  • Improve website UX, boost traffic, and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Oversee social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and WeChat, and work on growing our follower base.
  • Create engaging social media content to increase audience interaction.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns within budget.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, continually seeking ways to improve results.
  • Apply best practices and explore new digital channels and strategies to expand our target audience.


Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in a similar role with 5+ years of experience.
  • Qualification in Digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CMS, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, X, Account Engagement, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • B2B experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with or experience in the aviation market.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and outstanding copywriting abilities.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
