The Company


A leading B2B consultancy in Surrey is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.


They are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented B2B Product Marketing Manager with SaaS experience to lead generation and drive growth for their data and analytics product suite.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Collaborate with the Product team to craft compelling positioning and messaging that resonate with customers and set us apart from competitors.
  • Market, Customer, and Competitive Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of our target markets, industries, regions, and competitor products.
  • Develop GTM Strategies: Design go-to-market strategies to drive new business and growth for our aviation data and analytics products.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop innovative lead generation campaigns and customer nurture journeys tailored by industry, customer segment, and region.
  • Achieve Lead Generation Goals: Meet lead generation targets for our aviation data and analytics products, including IBA Insight, IBA Airlines, and IBA NetZero.
  • Customer Engagement Strategy: Implement strategies to enhance customer usage, engagement, upsell, and retention.
  • Customer Feedback: Regularly gauge customer sentiment, share product updates, and demonstrate responsiveness to customer feedback.
  • Sales and CS Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring they are well-supported with content and aligned with customer feedback


Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • B2B marketing experience with SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with or experience in the aviation market.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive product growth.
  • Skilled in leveraging customer, competitor, and market insights to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong digital proficiency, including CMS, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Extremely organized, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent team player.
