About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Live - Digital and Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, focusing on maximizing conversions across key channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute the digital marketing strategy across various channels, including web, SEO, PPC, social media, video, and email marketing.
  • Position the Company as a Leader: Position the company as the leading provider of digital marketing services across all customer segments and digital platforms.
  • Enhance Brand Awareness: Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels.
  • Improve Website UX: Improve website user experience, boost traffic, and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Manage Social Media: Oversee social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and WeChat, and work on growing our follower base.
  • Create Engaging Content: Create engaging social media content to increase audience interaction.
  • Optimize Paid Search and Social Media Campaigns: Plan, monitor, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns within budget.
  • Track and Report Key Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics, continually seeking ways to improve results.
  • Explore New Digital Channels: Apply best practices and explore new digital channels and strategies to expand our target audience.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in a similar role with 5+ years of experience.
  • Digital Marketing Qualification: Qualification in Digital Marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, X, Account Engagement, and Salesforce.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • B2B Experience: B2B experience is preferred.
  • Aviation Market Familiarity: Familiarity with or experience in the aviation market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and outstanding copywriting abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Team Player: Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
