Role Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team in the Southern Region. As a Sales Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the purchasing process of their new home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and their construction, relevant local information, competitors, and our unique selling points.
  2. Ensuring our Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to, and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear PPE when entering construction areas.
  3. Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, regularly updating and progressing all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
  4. Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.

Requirements:

  1. No prior experience in property sales is necessary.
  2. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  3. Outstanding people skills and confidence.
  4. Positivity and target-driven with good self-motivation.
  5. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as these are peak times for new home sales with the benefit of having one weekend off every four weeks.
  6. A full UK driving licence.
