Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Advisor to join our team at Bloor Homes. As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the process of purchasing their new home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as relevant local information and competitors.
- Ensuring the Bloor Homes Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy are adhered to, and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear PPE when entering construction areas.
- Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, and regularly updating and progressing all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
- Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.

Requirements:
- No prior experience in property sales is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Outstanding people skills and confidence, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as these are peak times for new home sales.
- A full UK driving licence.
