About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Advisor to join our team at Bloor Homes. As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the process of purchasing their new home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as relevant local information and competitor activity.
* Ensure that all visitors to our sales office are made aware of our Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy, and that they wear the required PPE when entering construction areas.
* Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up all visitors, and regularly update and progress all prospects via our CRM system.
* Take reservations and initiate all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support sales, ensuring that all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.

Requirements:

* No prior experience in property sales is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
* Outstanding people skills and confidence, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with the benefit of having one weekend off every four weeks.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
