About the Role

As a Supermarket Shift Leader at Haven, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding retail experience for our customers. You will lead and coach your team to ensure all areas of responsibility are met, and escalate any issues to the Supermarket Team Manager when required. You will also be responsible for inducting and supporting new starters, delivering a hands-on approach to supermarket duties, and promoting health and safety first.

Pay Rates: 16to 17 from £, 18 to 20 from £, 21+ from £ per hour, with anadditional £1 per hour when leading a shift

  • Experience working in retail environment
  • Previous experience working as a shift leader
  • Ability to lead and coach the team
