We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supermarket Team Leader to join our thriving team at Haven. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our supermarket.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate your team members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Supermarket Team Manager to address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for new team members, ensuring a comprehensive onboarding experience.
  • Actively participate in supermarket operations, assisting customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being within the team, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
