We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, who can oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food preparation areas, including Banquets, Room Service, Restaurant, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food products
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage management team to improve guest satisfaction
  • Maintain Health & Safety documentation, including food logs
  • Ensure personal and team uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
