Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategy to support business needs
  • Streamline hiring processes and create a standout candidate experience
  • Leverage employee engagement tools and strategies to create a cohesive work environment
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and ISO standards

Requirements:

  • Experience: Strong HR management experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to culture-building
  • Culture-Oriented: Skilled in promoting a collaborative and positive workplace environment

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
