Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Billing Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day billing process, including raising and processing sales invoices, and providing financial invoicing and general administration support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Netsuite and have a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day billing process, including raising and processing sales invoices
  • Provide financial invoicing and general administration support
  • Ensure that all reports are dispatched in a timely manner
